What to experience in the research project?
Customers’ satisfaction is evaluated: For this “reality check” the study group transfers to a place outside the mass tourism of Bali on a
neighbouring smaller island where tourism is not yet overcrowded and where the islanders still have traditional and non-touristic income.
Participants work in groups on different key subjects which had been lectured in previous seminars, i.e. primary sector
versus tertiary sector / sustainable development / value chain analysis / culture and tradition / ethics of money etc. The groups are investigating different stakeholders, i.e. local population,
visitors, investors, and businesses.
