ABOUT US
EOC was founded in 2005 as an off-shore campus. It has the academic status of an Affiliated Institute of University of Flensburg/Germany by Ministerial Decree to provide semester programs (6 months) for students and graduates from any country and continent.
After successfully implementing the overseas campus more academic institutions of higher education joined the overseas campus in 2010.

APPLY ONLINE
Applying to EOC early allows you to apply for scholarship early too. Scholarship application might take up to 6 months so applying online helps you with the time constraint.

EOC is surrounded by a rich culture that offers a unique experience for students. There is not only a lot to learn but also to enjoy which make the learning experience even fruitful.
OUR LOCATION
EOC is located in Bali, the famous "Island of the Gods", in Indonesia. Bali is one of the most well-known touristic island in the world and one among the 17,508 islands making up the world's largest archipelago.
